Finland's Emerging Sports
MÖLKKY originated in Finland and is also known as wooden chess . MÖLKKY means a sport made of wood (the word "MÖLKKY" was named by Mr. Kennedy Lai, the representative of IMO Hong Kong), Finland skirmishing, and chess marching strategies can be applied to the game.
The game is similar to bowling with a dart scoring method. The goal is to reach 50 points first. If you exceed, the score will be reduced to 25 points. It is very exciting. Wood chess does not require strength and is suitable for all ages.

Why are MÖLKKY so popular?
Mölkky Venue
MÖLKKY competition can be held on sand or grass, and there is no size limit.
But there must be space to allow the throwing area to be 3.5 meters away from the small wooden post.
Mölkky's Equipment
You must have MÖLKKY (small wooden chess) ranging from 1 to 12.

Basic Gameplay

Hold a throwing stick and throw it at the MÖLKKY. If it falls down completely, you will get the corresponding score of the number on the pole.

If the number of fallen sticks exceeds two, the number of fallen sticks will be used as the score.

Winning Condition

The first team to reach 50 points in each round wins.

If any player gets zero points for three consecutive rounds, the other player wins the round.

Play best of three games or play two games and total score

Foul

If the thrower throws outside the throwing area, the throw will be deemed invalid.

The MÖLKKY did not fall completely, so it was considered an invalid throw and zero points were awarded.
